FAQs

How do you do pricing?

We do custom quotes for each wedding based on our menu of services.  Our minimum for weddings is generally $1500 and we have been contracted for services up to $5000.  Please see the sample quote above.

What do you do to confirm bookings?

Custom contracts that reflect the services requested are made for each wedding.  All necessary details are agreed upon in advance and if there are additional services requested the day of, we can add them off of our menu.  You can see a sample contract above.

How do you collaborate with couples regarding song selection and curate the energy they want for their special day?

The couple fills out the sample song selection document above, and then we have a Zoom call with them to confirm selections and desired energy and make sure that they feel confident in the music we will be providing for them. We like to connect with the couple and deeply understand what they would like their special day to feel. The way we play the selected songs is largely determined by the desired energy. We also work with the couple to create original arrangements of any songs they desire for special moments.

Where do you work or travel to play music for weddings?

In the Summer and Fall, we mostly perform at weddings in Colorado, up in the Rockies, 50% or at so ceremonies that are off-grid, and at receptions in beautiful venues.  In the Spring, we are available to play weddings in Colorado and Northwest Arkansas.  In the winter we are available to play in Colorado and Puerto Vallarta Mexico.  We are also open to travel to other locations for destination weddings.  Venues that we have been hired to play at range from Mount Princeton Hot Springs, to Private Mountain Residences, to Surf Hotel’s Grounds, to secluded Forest Service cabins in the backcountry.
